Gond art is a form of painting from folk and tribal art that is practiced by one of the largest tribes in India – the Gond – who are predominantly from Madhya Pradesh, but also can be found in pockets of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhatisgarh, and Odisha.

This peacock under this tree of life is a simple way of looking at the beauty of life in perspective to the whole of it. The peacock is beautiful, but the tree is also beautiful in a different way. In essence, isn’t it life that is the most beautiful gift?
